being as a seller giving to review

being as a seller giving to review , its such a doing cureption with our orders , in their sales sheet alot of orders which delivered it to customer but not mentioned in the their sheet. if i not calculated our inventory match with their sales i will not relealised.

Horrible

Horrible. Quick to pick up the item I wanted return but have been waiting for 2 months for the refund. No proper updates provided to me and the same e-mail response every time I contact them. The purchase was expensive.

Don’t trust them when it comes to…

Don’t trust them when it comes to international items. Their system is very poor, they don’t know the whereabouts and CSRs are not aware of the last conversations. They will just keep on telling customers to get back within 48hrs. Delivery date specified on their site is within 7 working days. However, it took almost a month to wait their very professional response by cancelling my order without any call or message.
