I’ve had enough poor experiences with 6thStreet’s delivery partners to finally leave this review. It’s extremely disappointing that such a well-known platform continues to work with delivery companies whose drivers are consistently rude, unprofessional, and careless. There’s a serious lack of customer service culture—no courtesy, no updates, and zero accountability.Even when reaching out to 6thStreet’s customer support, the response is cold and robotic, with no sense of urgency or empathy. Whether your order gets delivered or not seems to make no difference to them. Complaints are brushed off, and it’s clear that the delivery agents know nothing will be done about it.If 6thStreet wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to rethink their partnerships and start treating customers like they matter.
Don’t buy from 6th Street if you expect proper quality. I ordered Aldo Barbie mules and got a damaged box, glue showing on the shoes, and one sole that felt loose and made noise. This is not what I expected from a well-known brand.Just because something is on sale doesn’t mean it should arrive in poor condition. Very disappointed not worth the price even with the discount.
The website works with a very very very unprofessional logistics service. Their drivers refuse to deliver your package with a very disrespectful attitude and the delivery guy also lies and mentions clearly that he doesn’t care if you report this.Not worth ordering from the website, you will probably struggle and deal with driver disrespect just to receive what you paid for
I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of Crocs from 6th Street. I wore these Crocs during Hajj in Saudi Arabia, expecting them to withstand normal wear, but shockingly, they shrunk while I was wearing them. This is completely unacceptable for a product that claims to be durable and reliable, especially in high temperatures where such performance is expected.To make things worse, I contacted 6th Street customer service regarding this issue, but they never responded. No acknowledgment, no apology, no solution – absolutely nothing. Their lack of responsibility and customer care is extremely frustrating.I trusted both the Crocs brand and 6th Street as a seller, but after this experience, I cannot recommend either. Poor product quality, and even worse customer service.
Do not buy anything using this app I bought Charles and Keith sandals , I wore it 2 times only then its got broken, I send them email regarding this but as per them it was guaranteed only for 14 days. Please be very careful buying expensive products from 6th street . Better to buy from showroom .Nishath Yoosef Abudhabi
