Super bad experience. There is no return policy on discounted items. I wanted to return pants I ordered as they were too small (36 size), and the only thing they could do for me is.. to exchange for 42. The customer service is useless, they cant do more than we can on the useless app. When u connect to live cht via whatsapp they tell you ‚unfortunately we dont have a live chat yet’. I lost money for 3 pair of pants I will never use.
This company is an absolute disgrace! Their so-called "commitment" to honesty is nothing but a sham. Don't even get me started on their abysmal delivery track record. They couldn't meet a deadline if their lives depended on it.And let's talk about their customer care – if you can even call it that. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. It's like dealing with a pack of wolves who have zero interest in helping you. Good luck getting any sort of assistance or respect from those clowns.Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. They're a bunch of dishonest, incompetent, and disrespectful charlatans. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Your time and money are better spent anywhere but with these sorry excuses for a business.
Nothing ever arrives on time. They don't even update the status of your package when it runs late. Don't bother with 6th Street. There are plenty other services in Dubai that are a way better option with better customer service. If you do want to use then make sure you have 3 to 4 weeks to wait for one order.
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!This website is an absolute scam!!! They delayed my shipment twice and they’re not transparent about their delivery dates on their application and website. I’m waiting for a shipment that I need for traveling and they have absolutely no regards for that. Customer service does this know what they’re doing and they’re not helpful at all. Do not shop 6th street, you’ll regret it.
Their delivery and return service is horrible. I got the msg at 8am that your delivery is on the way. They came at 5.30pm when i had left my office . And the delivery guy is arguing with me that if not today , then maybe we can deliver a day or 2, he doesnt know!I remember i had the same issue while trying to return an order last time. Unacceptable!Please do improve on your delivery services!
