As another customer has said, very disappointed with the service I have received from A2, this is not the first occasion that I have had to complain about the service.Having used A2 over many years I took my car in to have 4 wheel alignment done, they put the car up on the ramp and told me that the rear axle was off the chart but that they had sorted it but they could not do the front because the ball joints had seized. The solution was to replace the ‘drum sticks and rod ends’ at a cost of approx £350. Took the car back to the garage and they freed off the track rods and took it back to A2 alignment, for £150? Whilst doing the tracking at the front of the car the mechanic was told that the back wheels were out, after 10 days and about 20 miles??? When I spoke to the guy at Sittingbourne he said that the backs could have gone out because the car had been taken up on a ramp???Never again….
First class service from Mark in the garage after being let down by a previous garage Mark fitted me into the garage straight away to an access the car. Mark has great customer service making customers feel at great ease and is very helpful. Mark ensured I was happy with the price before we continued and my car was booked into the garage promptly and Mike managed to squeeze my car into his already busy schedule. Really appreciate the service I received and will definitely come back. Thank you again Mark and Mike.
Impeccable service. Stuart and Richard saved the day for us so that we could return home to Dorset. Took them less than 30 minutes to sort out our tyre problem. Courteous prompt and efficient, Great value too, Thoroughly recommend A2 Tyre Supplies. Bravo, guys!

Amazing service every time I go in from all the staff. Nothing is to much trouble. I normally use the sheppey branch but used Sittingbourne for the first time in a long time and still got the same service which just shows how the company is being run. From the top to the bottom first class.
I would recommend A2 Tyres Sheppey hundred percent. I was told by another tyre company that I had nails in 3 tyres causing slow punctures and the cost would be £25 per tyre. I went to A2 Tyres in Sheerness, and they pulled out two nails and repaired one puncture!. They only charged me for one repair. Very honest, professional and fantastic service. I will never use anyone else for my tyres. Thank you all at A2 Tyres Sheerness.
Well what can I say this company has certainly gone down hill from the good old days they not treating customers cars with respect certain members of staff ( I use that term loosely) think it’s acceptable to vape in customers cars and then certain trainees use metal valve caps that you can’t get off but when you pull the company up on this they deny they fitted the tyre great then to top it all off I end up with grease all over my wing wonderful thank you so much this company used to be a first place to go to but not now
Dan was quick to come out and kept me updated. Polite and helpful. Replaced tyre very fast and even warned my 2 year old when re-fitting the tyre of the loud popping sounds the machine makes. Have used before and was a similar experience then. Will use again.
Awesome service as ever. Had a blowout on my tyres which are non-stock. Phoned A2 Tyres and they were able to get and fit 2 tyres for me within 4 hours of phoning.Fitter who came out was excellent and swapped the wheels round for me to put both new tyres on one axle.
