Called RAC out, issue was a battery that went futt without warning. He did not have a replacement onboard but sent me a quote for a new one. Earliest available appointment two days away!!Drove into A2 in Whitstable the following morning hoping they would have a replacement as well as the time to fit it. No problem. Friendly, efficient and in less than 30 minutes I was off on my way. £102.58 cheaper than the quote from the RAC. Happy bunny me.So pleased to have them in Whitstable.
Absolute cowboys. We took our car to the garage as the engine light came on. £500 later went to pick it up and was told it needs a full service. I replied I’ve just had a full service, you need to take it back then, where did you get it done…. Here A2 tyres…. Clearly didn’t carry out the service. DISGUSTING if you want your car actually serviced DO NOT TAKE HERE! I won’t have been the first or the last where they think they can get away with charging for service and not doing it! It is very serious and very much happened. This is the correct location in halfway. Also speak to the office as they were advised. My partner will be in touch as it was their car.

Ordered a new tyre to be fitted online took my car down to the tyre garage to be replaced. After an hour I heard some fella on the phone trying to find wheel nuts from other companies then started reading out my registration number for my car. after 10 minutes he called me over to the desk and said that the wheel nuts off the car had been damaged but wasn't by them. I said well it wasn't me was it he said he can't put them back on because it may damage the thread so what they have done is taken off 2 wheel nuts off two of my other wheels to keep that one on! I said so I've now got 3 wheels without enough wheel nuts so will my wheel come off and he said no. Well I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure if they have five it's 5 for a reason and the advice given was to go to a breakers yard where crash damaged cars are and get them from there!!! Great advice I think not. I've been using this tyre company for years and today will be the last time unfortunately. Allowing a car to go on the road with the wrong amount of wheel nuts is utter madness shows money takes priority over safety. Cost me another 20 quid to sort out the wheel nuts so thanks very much fingers crossed the tyres lasts.Very very disappointed.
After trying about 5 different company's while stranded at the side of a busy A road A2 where the only ones able to come out after hours. With a very reasonable price. When I saw his headlights in my rear window a sense of relief came knowing I was going to get someone professional and quick. Highly recommend this company. The man that saw me Connor was respectful good at his job and very professional
