First of all I can’t comment on the goods, they still haven’t arrived! What I would like to mention is that their advert is misleading. OK the company is called Abbey London, and it shows a shop front and a blonde lady sewing. I placed my order and lo and behold they are coming from China! I don’t buy from China, I find goods are generally cheap and shabby…so beware before ordering.

THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS.

THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS.When I received my items, I realised that they were not what I expected. I emailed and explained and asked for a full refund. They replied and offered to replace for a handling fee of 30% of the replacement items.I refused and again asked for a full refund. I then had a series of email exchanges in which they started with an offer of 20% refund that rose to 40%. I keep asking for a full refund and also ask them to confirm the return address on the package I received should be the one I used to make my return. They did not confirm or give me a return address. A few days later I sent the return using a Post Office tracker and the parcel had to be signed for on arrival.I am now informed that I can not have a refund because I used the wrong return address. Yet my items are with their logistics company so I am informed. My items have not been returned to me.THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS.

Slimline underwear: Excellent product

Excellent product, my 2 pairs of slim line underwear arrived yesterday, bought to support my back and keep my midriff warm in winter whilst playing golf. Perfect for the job. Customer service was excellent, too. I thought my order might have gone missing and my email was answered swiftly and efficiently. I have ordered another 2 pairs this morning.
