I ordered the sneakers more than a month ago. I got the tracking number email and everything, but the sneakers were moving really slowly. I tracked my package until yesterday - today, the link is not working anymore. I never got the package. The customer service is not replying to any of the emails I've sent. Scam! Please do not fall for this scam.

Ive had a pair of Yamanos for about 3 years and would highly recommend them ordered from Tower of London. However, I would not recommend ordering shoes from Flower Mountain main website. Probably fine if you want to keep the item but not recommended for returns/refunds. Info re returns on the website is super vague, return postage from UK is really expensive, customer service is awful and refunds take far too long!
These shoes may have interesting designs but that's where the positives stop - especially for the cost. The biggest issue with them is the tread is really bad. I have never had issues with slipping in shoes on wet surfaces - ice, yes, but never just water. It has never occurred to me. Yet I very regularly slip while wearing these shoes whenever it rains. It is dangerous and I genuinely feel unsafe walking in them.
I placed an order for a pair of sneakers at the beginning of February and I still haven't received them.No one is responding to the contact form on the website, and the tracking number isn't working. Is this store a scam?I would like to have my money back...
Really awful company. Quality is not good, especially for the money and customer service seems non existent when it comes to complaints. They obviously have other retailers who sell their sneakers but if anything goes wrong they will only address it if you've purchased from their own website. I complained that the insoles were substandard, asking for a replacement pair for shoes I've only worn since October....the reply was that they're out of stock and If they were in stock I could only buy them if I purchased from their online store. If that doesn't tell you something about the quality I don't know what will!! How can they run out of inner soles unless the demand for replacements is very high.Never again ....they've lost a customer and a recommender......
I have had a pair of these trainers for 6 months. I have worn them about once a week. The insoles are terrible. They have already lost their comfort. I have been trying to communicate with the European distributor. They are impossible to communicate with and only answer the question they think I am asking rather than the one I am asking. The question I am asking is simple: Does Flower Mountain produce replacement insoles? The question I am not asking is: can the European distributor send me some replacement insoles? (but they keep replying with): No, the European distributor cannot send me any because they don’t have any. The second response is not answering the question. For some reason they are directing me to the retailer. This is mind boggling.I do not rate these shoes and had I paid £190 for them I would be even more disappointed than I currently am. Do not buy this brand of shoe, and if you do, prepare to be disappointed in just a few months.Edit: it tells you everything you need to know what Flower Mountain have taken 5 months to respond. I’m actually grateful as it reminds me to update this review:In that time I have had further issues with the shoe. The stitching has come loose and unravelled on base of the tongue. This makes the shoe useless and uncomfortable.
The FK Yamano's I got are not only a great comfy fit, but also nice and colorful. I got them on sale, and feel the full price is a bit too high (just like some other brands like Hoff, Piedi Nudi etc, overpriced)The size is larger, not TTS (get half a size or a full size bigger would be my advice).Overall I am very happy (although I don't think I would ever buy them at the full price)
Terrible experience. I ordered trainers from FlowerMountain for £200 and was so excited to receive them. When they arrived, they were faulty with a faded logo and some wear as if they were a display pair. The colour was also not as photographed but I liked the trainers anyway. Customer service were friendly and apologised, and asked me to send them back for a new pair. I had to pay £5 to print all the labels and forms (for EU) to return them even though it was not my fault!I then received a replacement pair which were also faulty with black marks around the back of both shoes!!!!! The black marks wouldn't come off. Customer service then said I have to return them again and want me to pay the price for all the returns labels printing again. It takes a lot of time to go back-and-forth and organise a return, print shop, then to the Royal Mail etc. It's honestly ridiculous that a £200 pair of shoes comes with such bad quality and service. If you're charging high-end for shoes, the quality and customer service should be high-end too.
Great looking trainers, but for the high price there are few niggles which i dont like. Some of the edges of the leather are a bit rough and not cut clean, they are comfortable but not the most comfortable considering the price. I have trainers that cost a lot less like Replay, Sketchers...that are a lot more comfortable. They size slightly up which isnt a bad thing and would imagine you could fit a size smaller easily.Overall, happy, look great, just bit expensive in my view.
