The NHS ordered a taxi for me to the ER as an ambulance replacement as they didnt have ambulances. It was a short trip sk drivers kept cancelling. 30 minutes later still no taxi. They are aware it is an ER call.
Limousine service came with Emirates Business Class. Drivers were on time, ready and waiting. Cars were very nice, comfortable, classy, with plenty of room for us, 2 big cases plus hand luggage. Drinking water was available throughout and the drivers were friendly and helpful.
I wrote down specific entrance for picking up, but it was not shared with the driver. The riders were carrying lots of heavy boxes and we needed to walk all the way to another entrance, which I don't understand what causing the miscommunication.
