I've had 2 great counseling sessions to discuss concerns about my current relationship. Sofiia was a great listener and provided usable guidance. She also put things into another perspective to see maybe where my partner is coming from. Very useful tips. I highly recommend the service.
My first session was very emotional as I had to talk about the reasons why I need coaching but it was also productive because I understand now that it’s ok to talk about my feelings. The more I ignore them the more they will stay. So this is something I will work on. Baby steps.
Sofia has this super, grounded vibe that made it feel really easy to talk, even about stuff l didn't plan to share. At one point, she asked one simple qusetiton and literally just sat there like..wow. She didn't rush me or try fill the silence she just let it land. l left feeling way clearer and more in tune with myself.
The one on one coaching / counseling seminars where insightful and getting the session notes is good feedback - homework, reminders of my feelings and how I can positively support myself. I will recommend it to anyone looking for assistance in navigating life challenges.
