I have just started my sessions with Dana and am grateful for her. She is very kind and warm to talk to. Although everything feels overwhelming right now, I look forward to my sessions with her. One challenge I face is that 40 minutes can feel too short, and it is sometimes difficult to find a closer appointment date. This often leaves sessions spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart. It would be wonderful to have longer sessions, as it typically takes me about 15 minutes to relax, find my flow, and open up. This leaves me barely enough time to unburden myself or receive the much-needed advice and support.
Dana has a very warm and welcoming nature. I really enjoyed the webinar . It truly helped me reflect on some inner child wounds and self talk I’m used to doing , and she was able to help us reflect and understand where some of those bad self talk was coming from and she helped us how to rephrase them to in more of a healthy way of talking to myself.
I would highly caution on affemity. I thought I signed up for a tria, which is actually a monthly subscription. I realized this when I was charged $79 for 3 months. Hadn't been checking my drediy card statements and realized I had been paying $20 a month. Exercise caution unless you are willing to sign up for a monthly subscription.
One of the most deceptive subscription experiences I’ve ever encountered.I never signed up for Affemity — yet they somehow began charging my account $35 every week while I was completely unaware.When I finally noticed the charges and contacted their “support,” not only did they avoid accountability, they made the refund process feel like a hostage negotiation. I was given the runaround, stalled, and spoken to like it was my fault for not catching it sooner.This is not just poor customer service — it feels like a deliberate business model built on misleading people and hoping they don’t notice. A $35/week charge for something I never used, never signed up for, and never agreed to? That’s not a service, that’s a scam.I’ve since reported them to my bank and will be filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies.If you’re reading this before signing up: DON’T. If you’re reading this because you’ve been charged: you’re not alone — and you deserve your money back.
What I love most about this platform is how it gently helped me reconnect with myself. The course on self-worth hit home it made me realize how much I’d been doubting myself without even noticing. Now I catch those thoughts way faster, and I feel more grounded in who I am. It’s not overnight magic, but it’s real change.
