Their customer support is dismissive and offers no real solutions. This feels like a predatory billing practice. If you value transparency and security, steer clear of this service. I'm now disputing the charges through my bank because they refused to rectify the issue.
I advise against signing up for this platform. Similar services are available for free elsewhere. It feels like a scam, particularly due to the Americanized language used. Customer service strictly adheres to company policy and does not treat you as an individual. I would rate it a 5/10. Save your money. However, the company has agreed to a full refund after further discussions.

They claimed I had 'manually approved' plans, which I absolutely did not intend to buy. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund, citing a '14-day policy.' Even by their own rules, they should have refunded a significant amount from November, but they didn't. The materials provided are generic, low-quality guides that are easily found online. I've reached out to my bank for a chargeback and hope to prevent others from falling into this trap. Be cautious — this subscription model is hidden behind fine print and confusing payment processes.
