This company deserves not just a good review, but sincere gratitude and five stars for their hard work and excellent service. AGA Parts is a trusted spare parts supplier. I've been dealing with them for over 10 years.The most recent review I read here has no relevance to the company, as AGA Parts exclusively offers spare parts and does not provide vehicle repair services directly.
They are the most unprofessional and scam company ever please stay away. 1) They call me to increase the price agreed with their partner servicing no stop from 135 + vat to 550 + vat adding no required services. When I said that I agreed to just the full servicing they told me that they already did some extra service so the new price was 300+vat. If you read the review you can see that they do it regularly 2) I booked a guaranteed collection and delivery on the same date with the partner servicing no-stop. They took my car on 20/06 for servicing and cancel the delivery at 545 pm. I managed to contact the manager explaining clearly that I need back my car, which was my baby seat car because I had to travel the day after and I booked long-stay parking in Gatwick on 21/06/23. He promised me that I will send a driver around 9 pm on 20/06, so I waited until 11 pm but they never appear. In the morning I contacted Theme to warn that If I will not have my car back before morning I will report it to the police as a stolen car. from the airport because the car was still not in my house and they bring back just around 12 pm. Please don't use them never this company had to be shouted down for their fraudulent activities as you can see in other reviews
