I could not recommend Agora Greek Delicacies highly enough, not only for the great greek products they have but also for the excellent customer service! I have ordered several times in the past and the products always arrived in great condition being really nicely packaged, even frozen products! However last time 2 weeks ago, DPD delayed the delivery by 1 day and obviously most of the products were already thawed when delivered. I contacted Agora providing videos of the delivered products due to DPDs delay and I was reassured that they would replace the order. June has been very kind and helpful, went above and beyond to help, they replaced the whole order, even some items that were initially delivered in good condition, the replacement order was delivered today in perfect condition!
