You couldn't get a worse car hire company. The car was a wreck. It stunk of smoke . I would say it wasn’t road worthy . They are NOT at the airport terminal . You have to find your own way into town to get to their office. But the worst thing is trying to get your deposit back. 5 months of emails and calls it took me to get 600 euros back . They give the same BS everytime. AVOID AT ALL COST!

This company is a complete scam. I book a rental thru a travel site. I was given a different name as my car rental company. Upon arriving in Orlando, I expected to pay around $60. When I arrived, I was told about additional insurance and fees that were required, not optional. They were going to charge me $700. I went online and was able to book another car rental for under $300. I had them take me back to the airport so I could get the car from another rental company. Worst experience ever.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

Regrettably, there is no option for a “0” rating. This was a frustrating experience for us - we had reserved a 7-passenger SUV at an offsite airport rental service through a booking platform that deserves its own negative review. First, be aware that the shuttle for this service does NOT display any branding; it features several other rental companies located nearby. This led us astray initially. After waiting over 90 minutes for the shuttle, we inquired with each that arrived about the correct shuttle to the rental service. Finally, the right shuttle came, but we arrived 10 minutes AFTER the service closed. The only information available suggested they were open until 11 PM, yet we arrived at 8:10 PM. Because they were closed, we couldn't collect our reserved SUV. An agent still present informed us that we needed a voucher that was never provided to us by the booking platform. Thus, our family of six had to take a shuttle back to the airport to book a hotel, an expense we hadn't planned for and could have avoided if we had known the closing time. We were told we could return the next morning when the service opened at 8:00 AM, but the agent advised arriving at “9 or 10 AM” since she was the main agent there. The next morning, I waited almost an hour while several other parties faced their own challenges renting from this service (notably, only one managed to get their reserved car, but they refused it due to warning lights). At that point, the booking platform still hadn't sent us the required voucher, so we couldn't proceed with getting our vehicle. Despite having a reservation number, the service refused to assist us and stated they could not contact the booking platform. It became clear this was a waste of time, so we inquired about starting a new reservation at the desk. We were told we would need not only the documentation we already had (passport, US driver license, and international driving permit) but also a utility bill to prove our address. Even if we had it, the reserved vehicle was no longer available, despite seeing the same agent from the night before who assured us she would hold it. It’s evident that this operation is not designed to make renting easy or efficient. I am baffled by this business model unless it's to deceive unsuspecting travelers, as only one of the four parties I observed interacting with agents (including us) was able to get their reserved vehicle - and even they were reluctant to accept a car with multiple warning lights. Ultimately, we returned to the airport and made a same-day reservation with a reputable on-site rental company, albeit at a higher cost, but we were assured we would receive our reserved vehicle, after spending extra on a hotel stay and losing a day of our vacation plus the cost of our reservation. The lesson is clear: AVOID THIS SERVICE AND THE BOOKING PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely Disappointing Car Rental Experience

This is the most frustrating car rental experience I've had in my 25 years of renting vehicles. I made a reservation through a travel platform for a pickup at the airport in Miami. However, they do not have a counter at the airport, which is misleading since the booking confirmation suggests otherwise. Finding their shuttle was a nightmare, as there were no signs or identifiers, and after many attempts to reach their support line, it took 45 minutes for them to arrive. Their location is in a distant parking lot that resembles an old garage. None of the staff spoke English, which felt very unprofessional. Additionally, they pressured me into purchasing a toll pass, which was not mentioned in my booking. They also insisted on selling me insurance despite my existing coverage, claiming they don't accept it, which raised major concerns for me. I ended up canceling my reservation immediately and had to call a rideshare service to get back to the airport. Given the holiday rush, it took three hours to find another vehicle without hidden fees, leaving a negative impression on my vacation. Based on the reviews I've seen, I feel fortunate to have avoided a bigger issue. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Initially, they provided a car that was entirely different from what I had paid for. The vehicle was in poor condition, with approximately 60 small scratches and dents, all documented on video. They attempted to include paperwork with hidden fees for unnecessary services. Despite having my own insurance, they pressured me into purchasing theirs without any valid explanation. When I began to inquire further, two employees in the office exchanged smiles and conversed in a language I couldn’t understand, displaying completely unprofessional behavior. Upon returning the car, I recorded its condition on video. Once home, I noticed two unauthorized charges on my card: one for $188 and another for $364. I tried to reach out to them, but their website lacks a contact number. Later, I discovered that their headquarters is likely based outside the United States, possibly in Greece. After disputing the transaction with my bank, I was informed that the service claimed I had damaged the vehicle, which is entirely false; the employee who checked it in confirmed it was in perfect condition, and I have video proof. Additionally, they charged me for toll fees despite my having paid for the toll road in cash. Ultimately, this car rental cost me nearly $900. I later found numerous online warnings from other customers stating that this service is a complete scam. They should be held accountable for taking people’s money.

Disappointing car rental experience

I arranged a car rental through a platform, but was charged more than anticipated. After several attempts to address this with the platform, they confirmed I could receive a refund if I contacted the service directly. However, the service has ignored all my emails seeking resolution. They also lack a phone number for direct communication. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from a service provider. Hopefully, this feedback will get their attention.
