Couriers reschedule packages to other delivery days for unfounded reasons, they call you on the phone for a few seconds but during this time they don't talk. They don't even move with the packages to the door.

They never deliver the package even though they say that they have tried to. I have been home for three days, and they just pretend that they have been past. They don´t deliver it to a package shop and theres no pickup point so you can´t pick it up yourself, and they send the package back when they have "attempted delivery", which they never do... The worst shipping company in the world...!
The delivery is never on time. Always changing to late at night.

Especially when you track their cars to the middle of the forest with no houses to deliver to....
This was meant to be a home delivery. The first time, I waited at home all day. There was no call, no knock, nothing. They simply marked it as failed and left.
The following day, it happened again. I stayed home the whole day, and still, there was no delivery or any communication. This is a very poor courier service. I cannot recommend using this company. Their service has clearly declined.
My package deliveries are often canceled. Every time I order something expected within two to three days, it ends up arriving a week late. Despite numerous communications with the support team, I still lack clear answers. The service is highly disappointing, and the staff have been unhelpful.
