Very user friendly alarm system. Simple to make changes if you want exclude a sensor, adjust volume of alerts etc, all though a straight forward app. Only criticism would be with the key fob as it’s very easy to activate or set it off with your keys in your pocket, although you have to be at home for that to happen. We just the app and it’s great
I use Ajax for about 3 months now. Everything works fine. The range that the central block is covering, is overwhelming. I use both Wi-Fi and Zegbee devices in the same time, but Ajax range is twice as long as Aqara hub M2 and trice as Wi-Fi access points. I am going to increase my Ajax installation to guard not only doors and yard, but also windows.
Having lived for years with an old dodgy alarm system, I was underwhelmed with the idea of spending significant money for a shiny new dodgy system.That was what I expected. I was used to false alarms 2 or 3 times a week etc etc.The new Ajax system has been a complete revelation. It's reliable, accurate and easy to use. It is smart enough to ignore our dogs but has passed every security test we can think of.We are recommending it to everyone we know who is thinking of upping their home security.WOnderful system. I originally had a different system but became too old, the i had this one fitted,and i have never looked back, it very easy to use with the hand controller & the app. the only issue i've had is withe controller being in my pocket & have set it off, it is also a bit bulky to have on your key ring.The only other issue i've noted is particularity at night you need to really look at at what part of the button your pressing as you can very easily push the wrong one.
