So far so good (2 months in). The installer ordered the kit after speaking to us and he installed in no time (it’s all battery operated). My only issue is with the entrance keypad, i find it very difficult to press the buttons to switch the alarm off. It’s not a great keypad at all, I wish I choose something like the fob instead of wasting money on the keypad.
I have been very happy with my experience with Ajax. The best part is I can operate it from my phone! The only downside is I have experienced problems with my WiFi since Ajax has been installed. I cannot use my laptop with the same WiFi since Ajax has been installed.

Overall a modern, quick to install and flexible solution.Not 5 stars because the remote key fob pictograms are not easy to read and on the control screen on the app the panic button can too easily be activated by mistake without really being able to cancel and no option to protect the activation. Quite annoying.
