Al Ansari is a joke. My money is stuck in their system even though it rejected it as it said it was above the daily limit. The advisor could not help at all. Said I have to wait until the system rejects it. Do not use Al Ansari at all disgraceful service.
Terrible Service. Promising to make payments to Ukraine, then for every single payment they come back 2-4 times with additional requests. Then after 2 month payments in USD are not possible anymore but they offer in EURO, then we submit and again all gets cancelled. They are a massive time waster and cost me a lot of money. Nobody ever is responsible there, the relations manager just says sorry sorry its because of some new team they have but its just lies after lies.. For anything you do you need to fill out forms and more forms, even when you want your money back. Dont waste your money and time on them
Al Ansari Exchange Mobile App is the most worst App I have come across in my entire life. Every time I use it, I end up in some kind of problem which is different every time. Calling 600 546000 is entirely waste of money & time because staff is completely lost like App giving general excuses & not helping to solve problem. Don’t use this App & avoid getting frustrated.
I had a huge trouble getting money in US. my mom sent money in Al Ansari (UAE) through Ria service. They ensured her that I can get money here at any location . That’s not true. I could just get at the Walmart location. it was just two spots in DC , and faaaar from where I live. The worst part was getting there and got the answer that my passport isn’t enough ! They asked for mail with my name on it. Like what ? what the heck. I spend money for an Uber . and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my life so far ! Ended up not getting my money and my mom had to claim the refund. Still didn’t get a good service at Al Ansari. The worst service!
