Worst exchange rate experience with Redha Al Ansari Exchange.My friend sent me 2000 AED to Europe through Redha Al Ansari Exchange using Western Union, and I received only 378 EUR. I expected at least 450 EUR, especially since their website showed a much better rate.The transfer fee (105 AED) was paid, but the exchange rate was extremely low and not explained clearly. This kind of service feels misleading and unfair.I’m very disappointed with Redha Al Ansari’s lack of transparency. I will not use this service again — there are far better alternatives like Wise or Revolut, which offer honest rates and lower fees
I have bad experience to call this al ansar exchange, especially Abubaker staff he is very rude he doesn't know how to assist the customer while in phone, and I paid the transaction to send money to Philippines as a pick up, what I hear from back round they keep laughing each other in the phone and I called through roaming number, I finish my balance because he is not doing his job properly, I called today Sunday May 11 time 9:30 pm, but he never help me for my preference number, until I finish all my credit from Dubai to call him through landline,very bad service very bad staff very rude uneducated person how he is working as customer service and he is treating like his prospective,, it’s not acceptable at all, he was laughing while he is answering me through phone,, he didn’t have ethic-ate through telephonic,, you need to kick him as soon as possible and he make the customer bad experience and bad refutation, he need more training
There was a glitch in the app, My transaction got rejected but the money got rejected, the agent said it will be refunded within 4 hours, but let me confirm.. I heard his conversation with his colleague as he forgot to put me on hold, she gave all kinds of bad news in this situation like we can’t confirm if the bank will refund and oppa he hung up the line… is this reliable for money handling app?
I have done online (instant transfer) to India but till date my wife have not received ₹70,000 for her medical purpose ref 88062012290632. I called and sent several emails to Al Ansari Call Ctr but no one is competent enough to solve my issue. It was my worst experience in my entire life that i couldnt help my wife in time due to financial problem. She is feeling that i am making excuses. It is a pathetic experience for me to use their Mobile App for instant transfer.
I have requested for a corporate service few weeks ago unfortunately it’s not accessible yet. This issue is causing a trouble in my business. I have been a regular user of Al Ansari exchange and it’s sad to report an issue about this.

I’ve been using Al ansari since 2015, but recently I was really disappointed the notmal 4 hours to send miney international became 24 hours in thier mobile apps. Very much frustrating l, to add more, thier costomer service is bad.
I can say proudly that I am customer of Al Ansari Exchange since 2006. Always Al Ansari Exchange provide good rates for our Pakistani currency. Staffs service is too good. Ras Al Khaimah Nakheel branch’s staffs are very kind and nice especially Mr Mohammed Shafi from Kerala India. Mr Shafi is doing good job and always provide good service to me, thank you so much Ansari Exchange for good service and have good staffs like Mr, Shafi. Thank you.
