You did not deserve even 1 star. Most thief company I have ever seen. Just bought travel card and paid 52 dirhams. After 5 days they stole from my card 25 dirhams. Allahi laenkum. Just keep doing this if makes you happy. In the day of Judgment (Qiyamah) how you will answer?!
I am very disappointed this time usually they are very quick and fast Service this time completely opposite. My wife send money for DU post paid through your exchange on 12 the November until now not credited and they are behind both are blaming each other only they issue ticket number until now no call back either no email worst service i need my money back or you have to settle the payment credit to DU
Staff in Al Nahda Sharjah Branch are very bad. The guy took my Emirates ID and was blackmailing me. I would never recommend Ansari Exchange to anyone after this horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional behavior, where customers demand and needs was the least of their concern.
Transacting with Al Ansari Exchange has been nothing but a huge disappointment! This is the third time that they’ve messed up with the funds from my remittance transactions! From the high service fees (beware! their website and app are with different charges; and despite the extreme delay in remittance receipt, their agent even had the audacity to rub it in their customer’s face that we transacted through their website; hence, their service fees were DOUBLED (absurdly non-sense)—this deceptive pricing setup should even be complained to the CBUAE. On top of all that, their (so-called instant transfer) turnaround time is a hoax, for it takes more than 4 days to receive the funds. Also, the copy-pasted useless response from their customer service email adds to the endless service dilemma with this company! They offer their service as an instant transfer when it takes forever for the recipient to receive the funds, even for a mobile wallet (which is normally getting transferred in real time by other remittance apps). The speed of their service does not match the shameless, high, and ever-changing service fees that they impose on their customers. Even their customer service team responds only during the weekdays, and despite the numerous follow-up emails, they will respond after 4 p.m., 3 days after the complaint was sent! When you deal with money matters, shouldn’t your customer support team also be available, even on weekends? This is the worst app among all that we have tried in the UAE. Their system is obsolete and disappointingly slow! Extremely frustrating 😫 Their customer service is terribly bad. ❌
Was transferring money to the Netherlands. They accepted the order, accepted my ENBD check, took my transfer fee. Gave me a receipt. Three days later started calling me demanding my personal bank statements before they would complete the transaction. Why couldn’t they have told me that before so I could have had the option to go elsewhere. As God as my witness, I will never use them again.
