Terrible online shopping experience

I ordered a phone case and made the payment on December 1st. The confirmation email stated that delivery would take 4-6 business days via express shipping. After two days with no update on my order status, I emailed for clarification but received no response. Four days later, I sent another email requesting a full refund if it wasn't shipped that day. Still no reply. The next day, I got an email saying my order was canceled and a refund would take 10 days. Now, the product link shows it would ship on December 29th. It feels very suspicious. I strongly advise against using this service!

Disappointing iPhone covers

I ordered two covers for my phone last week. Upon arrival, I noticed defects: the MagSafe on the red cover is misaligned, and the black cover doesn't adequately protect my screen, making it unsafe when placed on a table. I expected better quality given the price of 90 euros. I'm very disappointed and have reached out to customer support but have yet to receive a response.
