I accepted what was agreed to be a 2.5-week project with Pius Binder. Less than 24 hours into the contract, he began requesting additional tasks that were not part of the original scope. At the same time, I experienced a serious medical emergency and informed him immediately, providing documentation. I had to end the contract in less than 24hrs and issued a full refund.During this period, the communication I received was distressing and did not acknowledge my medical situation. After the contract ended, my account was reported for alleged policy violations, which I dispute because I communicated promptly, provided proof of my circumstances, and returned the payment.This review reflects my direct experience with the change in project scope, how my medical emergency was handled, and the reporting actions that followed.
