What a Sh##hole!!

Visited the restaurant in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. We were a large party of 14. What a dump! The furnuture was falling apart, the Ladies Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Cobwebs. Leaks, full overflowing Toilets. Didnt look like they had been cleaned for a week! The food was good but the Music was so load we couldn't have a conversation unless we shouted. In all a bad experience and won't be returning.

All Bar One Aberdeen - Unlikely to go back

Previous visits to All Bar One Aberdeen have been good. Unfortunately last nights occasional was not very good at all and will make me think twice about going back.Music way too loud making it virtually impossible to have a discussion. Ordering App didn’t work with no indication that the order had actually failed to go through.Very slow delivery of drinks orders made directly to the staff.Table (that I had booked beforehand) was jammed in between pillars with no real room around it.

All Bar One Gun Wharf Portsmouth.

Visited All Bar One in Gun Wharf P’mouth. Considering it’s amazing prime location & opportunity to stand out amongst the many competitor restaurants it chooses not to. It was the staff that made our experience good. They were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Thank you. The real sad observation esp in high contamination times was the state of the ladies toilet. All hand wash was empty bottles, toilet rolls put down toilets? Dirty & desperately in need of redecorating. No hand sanitising to be found. Not a good standard at all & reflection on other areas of the resturant. Shame. ☹️

ALL BAR ONE EDINBURGH AIRPORT

Had lunch at Edinburgh Airport All Bar One ordered the Rib Eye steak knowing that Rib Eye can be a bit marbled with fat. Unfortunately for me my Rib Eye was more fat than steak.When I spoke to the waitress they immediately rectified this and removed the cost from the bill to their credit they could see exactly what I meant and there was no issue with them sorting it out.To top that all off I then left my phone on the table at which point they put out a whole announcement and called me back to collect that.5 stars to all especially the waitress who found my phone.Thank you to all concerned for fixing out the steal issues and finding my phone.

Visited all bar one in Cambridge today

Visited all bar one in Cambridge today. After being shown to our table we were advised to use the app or place order at the bar.I downloaded the app on their free Wi-Fi and ordered our food and drinks. It wasn’t busy but after a long wait checked our order had been received. They confirmed receipt of the ordered however it had been delayed.The drinks arrived at the same time as the meal, but I’d ordered sweet potato fries and they’d brought me chips. The manager sorted it out apologised and produced the right sides.The quality of the meal was very good and we were offered a round of drinks as an apology. We had 2 halves of larger.This is the only reason it’s 4* and not 5*.Will definitely go back
