Waterloo branch, 2.30pm 2/8/22. Ordered via qr code a light lunch and a drink each (coffee & a juice). The food arrived in reasonable time. My club sandwich was so dry I couldn’t eat it and the side salad was just lettuce and a cherry tomato no dressing. Really awful. My daughter avocado toast was also really dry and tasteless. We waited and waited for the drinks (it wasn’t busy), eventually I had to go and ask for them when we had abandoned trying to eat. They arrived and I told the waitress that I knew it was not her fault but that the food was awful, she said she would speak to the kitchen but never returned. Of course we had already paid (and had added a tip!). The loos were also a mess. Really unpleasant experience for £28. Don’t bother.
We recently visited All Bar One in Leicester Square for food, we had to clear our own table and hunt someone down to clean it. It was busy there but not many people eating so why it took almost 50 minutes for our food to arrive is beyond me and when it did it was stone cold. They took it back and brought out more food which was hot this time but it was so rubbery and over processed it was inedible. On the plus side….the drinks arrived quickly and it’s a great spot for people watching, just don’t order food!!!!
Worst experience ever at the All bar one in Reading in the Oracle. White folk get served before the black folk, doesn’t matter what time you came. Disgusted by the lady in a pink ponytail. Definitely racist! If you’re black, this is not a place to go!
Frankie @ All Bar One at New Oxford Street is a superstar!!!! We booked bottomless brunch and she couldn’t have been anymore attentive if she tired! So friendly and kept up us topped up the whole time. Amazing! Definitely returning! Thank you Frankie
My Wife and I visited the All Bar One in Birmingham. I ordered a pint of lager and expected to pay around £3 as it was rather a posh establishment but definitely didn't expect £5.75. If Wetherspoons operating in the same city with the same labour costs and overheads can sell beer at £2 or less a pint I don't know how £5.75 can be justified. Perhaps they should give a one litre petrol voucher with every pint.
