Worst meal. Poor value for money. All digital to order but couldn’t order through app, just didn’t work. Waiter brought one meal and had to wait five minutes for the other meal. Meal was swimming in salty soy sauce. In the plus side the waiter was friendly.
Very impressed with Ciara, Jasmine, Antonis and the team. We booked our team Christmas lunch at the Moorgate branch which unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to train strikes. The team were helpful, accommodating and very patient, juggling multiple food orders and answering questions about the possibility of rescheduling. The food on the day was delicious and prepared and presented to a very high standard. The team were kind and helpful and all of this made for a very memorable afternoon. I would definitely recommend this venue and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!
A family group of three and I visited the All Bar One at Brindley Place in Birmingham. The staff and general atmosphere were warm and welcoming. However, a major disappointment was the temperature of the food we ordered - the fish and chips and the 'Beyond Burger' with fries had to be sent back to the kitchen as all the meals were cold, or unevenly cooked, this happened twice.Jo, the manager, was not on duty at the time. When notified she resolved the complaint quickly and extremely professionally. The matter was handled superbly and had this not been the case we would not have returned in the future. Fortunately we enjoyed the rest of our evening and will return as it was clear that the poor quality of service by the chef(s) was unacceptable and Jo’s response has restored our confidence in All Bar One, Brindley Place, Birmingham. Thank you very much Jo.
From start to finish our visit was amazing! We came for bottomless brunch and they did not disappoint. The food was perfect, drinks were flowing and the service.. well we can't fault it! We were greeted and served by Matt who went above and beyond to make our visit special. Very very happy and looking forward to returning soon!
