The table was dirty asked the waiter to clean service was prompt but one of the cups was dirty exchanged didn’t bring all the order the receipt did not come before the order went went an complained and said the would sort it but nothing after ten minutes complained again would not come again terrible service
Went to All Bar One yesterday with my husband and son for a late lunch. When I placed the food order I explained that my son is Autistic and very particular so could the cheese and ham toasty please only have cheese no ham no chutney not exactly a difficult request right!? Well his toasty arrived covered in chutney and had half a slice of tomorrow in it, the ham and cheese toasty on the menu has no tomato in it so how was tomato even in the acquisition?So for those of you that have a Autistic child or know a bit about Autism you’ll know that this situation ended the day out and resulted in a very distressing nights sleep. I tried to take him to McDonalds for a meal after but he was so distressed and just wanted to get to the car, he is asleep now and has not eaten since breakfast yesterday morning. Thanks All Bar One……. In future I would suggest you rather turn people away than tell them you can cater for there needs when you clearly can’t!!!!!!
So we walked in for dinner. A couple of problems:1 - the breakfast menu is still on the table. It's 6.15 pm2 - the overhead lights are fused. It's very dark.3 - the only member of staff to stop by did so after 20 minutes to point out the QR reader on the second page of the menu for self service. This isn't McDonalds!We promptly left. You can't charge AB1 prices and expect people to take their own orders lol. Will no doubt be closed soon, another covid casualty but due to poor service.
1h waiting for 3 starters and a sandwich. Staff never said a word or apologized for the delay. Very unhappy and unhelpful manager. The food was undercooked or over cooked. The drinks were good and served quickly, the only good thing. Very poor service.
Just been to All Bar One in Cheltenham for breakfast with my wife and two nieces.The staff were completely uninterested in engaging with us. Chatted among themselves. They were having a coffee while setting up some decorations, I think. Totally self absorbed. When I asked for help with the online menu they were surly and unhelpful. It's up to you ABO what you do with this feedback but it was a perfect example of what's going wrong in our service sector. The premises and setup were great. You're being badly let down by your staff.
I visited the Edinburgh, George Street venue yesterday afternoon with work colleagues and I must say I was bitterly disappointed. Service was very poor, we had to ask 3 times to order food, when food eventually came it was average, my club sandwich was actually 3 pieces of hard bread, fatty bacon and over cooked chicken. One poor bartender serving by himself on a Saturday afternoon lead to a 30 minute wait for 2 drinks. Will not be back. 😞
All Bar One Sheffield.We booked a table to “dine” on line. 8.30 arrival until 10pm. Options to arrive and eat were available beyond that time. On arrival we told a member of staff we had a table booked and they confirmed we could sit anywhere. We took a table and proceeded to order on line. Drink and meal booked and paid for on line using the app. A drink arrives, then a short time later a member of staff arrives and tells us the kitchen is closed. We explained we had booked to dine at 8.30pm and had now ordered and paid for our order. They couldn’t explain why the system allowed you to book order and pay for food when the kitchen was closed. (We had arrived before 8.30pm, but hey !) Staff, while polite, were indifferent to the fact we had booked ordered and paid for something that wasn’t available A total farce.Avoid and eat elsewhere.
