I ordered seven lights. Only three were sent. I emailed the company who asked me to send a photo. So I sent a photo of three lights (utterly pointless - if I had been sent more I could still have sent a photo of three). Since then I have had no response

Like many of you here I to are experiencing problems with the contact information. It says the company is UK based if that is so then where is my order. All says is that it’s unfulfilled but I’ve paid through Apple Pay . So I defo won’t be ordering from you again such poor service .
Ordered from them a chirping bird thing for cats i only ordered 2 once I paid 3 more were on the order ?? 5 minutes after ordering i emailed to cancel the extra ones that popped up only to get an email 3 days later saying I cant cancel what had been shipped ? Funny how they got the email that late ..AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU..
I ordered the 5 x pack of Silicone Desiccant Bags with colour changing indicator. But after I placed the order I saw the reviews and to be honest, I wasn’t hopeful of actually receiving them let alone getting a decent product. So after a week of no update, I emailed Allfound and the next day I received confirmation that my order had been processed. It took another 10 days for it to be delivered but as I wasn’t in a rush, this was fine for me. I immediately placed all 5 on my bedroom windowsill as I was getting so much condensation every morning on the glass and the next morning I had no condensation whatsoever and the indicator had turned pale blue. The following morning my glass was again free of condensation and the indicator had turned pale pink.I am so pleased with this product and I am going to order another pack for my caravan.So in summary: great product, good price, good customer service response time but just expect slow delivery. Would highly recommend as long as you don’t need them quickly.
