I have always found Allianz helpful. I do not like to be asked to enter number which they have sent me on App. I can never find it. Things should me made very clear for people who may not be as au fait with computers as others. Thanks
Very disappointing experience with Allianz Direct.I paid for my car insurance and after the payment I received no response at all — no confirmation and no policy documents. I tried to contact them but without success. It is very stressful to pay a significant amount of money and receive no feedback.I do not recommend this company due to their poor communication and lack of customer support.
Allianz used my insurance for someone else’s claim, unbeknownst to me. Was told it happens all the time by accident. After hours and weeks of proving it wasn’t even my car or me it was removed, only for my renewal and record to have the claim on it. Can’t get in contact with them to sort it out.
On the 12th December 2025 I requested a change to my Car Insurance Policy, adding temporarily my son on a two weeks period. I accomplished all the following requests that Allianz asked me, providing the documents needed, then any correspondence stopped and I got no further information or details. I must say that I am very disappointed as I would have expected a final answer to my request, yes or no, but getting nothing is the worst way to deal with a customer.
I normally go to Allianz for insurance as i always found it easy to contact them and they are normally very good but on receiving a quotation on my home insurance which i am not happy with, i have tried so many times to speak to someone in that company by phone by logging in to my Allianz, but it does not give you the option to contact them by email or phone. its very bad, i am not impressed and very disappointed with this insurance company, i have been with them for years and see no reason to stay, when you cant even talk to them or contact them except through your account which does not give any options to do so. so what does that say. 22nd December 2025Recieved reply from Allianz to contact them by email at marketing address and to leave my phone number and email and details ,which I have done on 17th December and still have not recieved any contact from any of their representatives as yet.Why ?????? Don't see the point in it as they already have my details with the insurance. Doesn't make any sense.
