Great value for money.Friendly, helpful and professional operatives.Only one little 'niggle'....trying many times without success to register for the online 'MyAlliance.ie' service.A little frustrating and still not resolved but insignificant compared to the unhurried attitude of the staff.
I was using the chatbot and it said it was referring me to customer service, I had to enter my policy number and then nothing. I waited over 10 minutes. I then went to download the chat transctipt and it failed to download. There is no number available go call or if there is its well hidden. Horrible service or more to yhe point zero service
Car incident 28th January. The agent didn’t send to the assessor company by week 1 and I had to ring about it. Assessment done and it took a week to get a call from the agent . Still not settled . Brutal phone services . I’ve emailed and also requested several call backs . No reply to either. Accepted the write off valuation last Tuesday - sent my documents as requested within 20 mins of the call and nothing back since . Early settlement of the loan on the car has now passed its deadline and the next payment has left my account. Seriously not impressed at this .
This year’s quote was 31% higher than last year. €300.25 to €392.24 the only change in my house was that my age is now 71. I connected Allianz, 10min later the price dropped to €340. When I went to the Rate section on the app I rated One Star. My comment was the same as above. When I submitted the rating my rating had changed to Four Stars. Please check on elder friends when their policies are due for renewal. I hope my post on facebook is read by a lot of people before it’s taken down. Please feel free to copy and paste on the site as people need to know. Allianz has a rating of 3.2 on Trustpilot and 4.0 on their facebook site
