Pet insurance my dog who I have insured with Allianz needed gastro surgery as had ingested foreign matter I brought her on the 17 July and surgery was on 18 July- as the 18 July was in a new policy year I had to pay the excess twice of 300 euro total excess 600 euro on same claim all due to fact that different policy year very bad customer service very disappointed in Allianz
