I have had a hole in my roof due to storm damage and 2 months later the Assessor decided to tell me i would be lucky to get the roof tiles off Allianz even though there was water damage due to rain coming thrugh the attic.Even though i have not been given one cent my premium was doubled.Be extremely careful when deciding on what company to go with.Also customer service and how customers are treated is appauling.They genuinely are clueless.If you do have a claim i advise get someone to handle it for you.There was no compassion for the children freezing in a house with a hole in the roof and dampness due to the torrential rain.I don't know what i actually was paying insurance for and then the audacity for doubling my premium on a first claim that i never recieved a cent for.
It's been 5 weeks since an Allianz customer crashed into me and no one in there customer services can contact me. I have sent a number of mails and called them so many times only to be told someone will call me back and nobody dose. A pack of liars. What ever you do, do not buy anything from Allianz. I have never come across such bad customer services.
Tried reaching their customer service at +353 1 613 3939, for three consecutive days - made me wait for almost an hour the first day, half an hour the second day and so on on - still no response. Emailed them tw days back - no response. Wonder how can they still function with such a pathetic customer service.
