If I had a choice I wouldn't even give them one star on this. There an absolute disaster to deal with. Changed my address and then 8 months later said i needed to pay an extra €130 even though this was Verified this by email that my address was changed, no mention of an extra payment and even when it was due for renewal never mentioned it. And then proceeded to tell me that I had no choice but to pay it after it was there discrepancy. 8 days i waited for a phone call from senior staff and i had to keep ringing them for this to be resolved. As a valued customer who was with them for years i will no longer go with there service or recommend anyone else to do so. Stay far away!!!!!
