Overall very good service. A little difficult to locate pick up point but it went well. Drop off very easy, received a what’s up text a night before with dropping car location. Easy, no issues at all. Driver, very nice and friendly and chatty. Recommend service
Positive experience with that company in Dalaman. Manager met me just after airport doors, explained details and filled a documents. Office is nearby to dalaman airport. During 12 day rent period there was no problem with car and take off also was good and fast. Then he brought us to airport departures doors. Thank you for perfect service!
Upon arriving the guy from the company picks me up after waiting for 45mins. He came with a damaged car and told me that will be my car. It was really late and I was like it’s ok because my kids are really tired as it’s 12am in the morning. The guy wanted me to pay extra for insurance even tho I paid already with car jet. After he goes that he can’t hold deposit on my card even tho I told him it doesn’t not work with U.K. card. He goes it not my problem. I book car with the company 3 times previously and mention to that rude guy to just charge me the deposit and return it back after I return the car like the other 3 times. We were out of car and he didn’t want to drop us off back to the airport. It was just a horrible experience with two small kids. I will never hire from that All meet car again
