Smartphone arrived without a SIM card tray

Smartphone arrived without a SIM card tray and included a power cable for iPhone. Patience with the power cable, but to make the smartphone work, the presence of the tray to install the SIM is essential. From the AlloAllo website, I submitted two support requests and did not have the pleasure of receiving at least one response. I went ahead and purchased the missing tray on AMAZON, and after installing the SIM, I was able to proceed with the configuration of the smartphone.
