It is the first time I’ve been scammed…

It is the first time I’ve been scammed by an online seller and by far the worst experience I ever had. I asked them to cancel my order few hours later I placed my order as I realised lots of negative reviews about this horrible website. (Yes I regret not have done it before) According to their cancel policy, indicated on their website, I can ask a cancellation before shipping. They are refusing it for no reason although they haven't shipped my order yet. Apparently they are selling products that they don't have on stock. They make people wait, then they refuse to refund. It’s very frustrating that I could reach them only by messages to get a very late answer saying the very same bulls**t. They have deleted all my comments on SNS and now they blocked me for saying the truth. I'm going to see with my bank to get my money back. I have of enough proof that they are scammers. Shame on you allo allo!!!

Very BAD service

The cell phone does not work, during calls strange sounds and greyness are present !!!! A request for assistance has been made, but no response for a week !!very bad service !!!!!

E-mail received mentioned phone…

E-mail received mentioned phone delivered but never arrived !!!! I have tried to cancel long time ago but can’t do it as not possible to !!! Phone should be delivered end of June . Seems I’m not the only person to get issues . I wan’t a full refund and not only 12,99€ !!! The phone as well and NOW !!! Thks

Faulty phone delivered - sent 5 emails no reply

Purchased an iPhone X it arrived late but in good condition, when turned on I noticed that the battery capacity was below 85% (83% -allo allo’s website reads that they replace batteries with new ones if the battery is less than 85%) and that same day I had issues with the phone turning itself off even though the battery had been charged to -100%. The phone hasn’t functioned since the day it arrived, it turns itself on when plugged into power but then automatically shuts itself off claiming dead battery. I raised a support request immediately (same day I received the phone) and it’s now been almost a month since I purchased the phone and I’ve sent numerous emails but no response, even on social media. You can’t call them, only one support ticket can be raised at a time. They claim they’ll reply within 48hrs but I’ve still not heard from anyone. Which is funny because before I purchased the phone I had a question and they responded to that within 24hrs. I’ve raised a formal complaint with the ECC to help further this issue. To be fair I just want them to respond in a timely manner and either repair, replace or refund me.
