The phone is fantastic, everything is functioning well. I received it in good condition, although the battery had minor scratches. I did encounter significant issues with delivery; it was delayed by three days and I had to keep reaching out as there was a lack of communication.
I'm quite disheartened with my purchase from the company. The phone has noticeable scratches on the screen and sides, and the battery health is at 65%, which is below the advertised +80%. I would like to return the phone as it doesn't meet my expectations. Please advise me on the next steps for an exchange!
