My first iPhone

This is my first iPhone and it arrived the day after I ordered it which was a great start.I've gotten many things through the mail lately but none have been as securely and well wrapped up as my refurbished iPhone 7, it was undamaged and looking good there were a few dot's of paint missing at the back but I could find nothing wrong with the glass front and I gave it a thorough examination in different light the charging cable appears to be brand new and work's fine as you would expect.I am only beginning to learn about how to get the best from the iPhone which is a whole review on its own but so far I have found it to be easy to use once you get set up with Apple as this is my first product of theirs I am probably a bit behind but I am now downloading apps from my old phone that I want to keep, banking, football, music, photos,etc and then you have one's that come with the phone,they are similar but different to what you can download on Android phones I'm looking forward to seeing Apple TV and having a listen to iTunes I will be up and running by the weekend and all my family and friends who are already iPhone users say it's a better,less of a hassle experience I'm already excited.

Scam - do not buy

Allo Allo purports to be selling refurbished iPhones. However, I ordered a used/refurbished iPhone XR from them on 1 February 2022 for 300 euros. Nothing has arrived. The estimated delivery date was 15 February. I tried contacting Allo Allo's customer service, but there has been no reply. I never even got an automated order confirmation. When I tried to track the delivery I got an error screen on FedEx. I checked out Allo Allo's Facebook page and found that several of their customers had complained that they had not received mobile phones they had paid for. These comments, along with those I myself wrote asking for information about my missing iPhone, have since been deleted from Allo Allo's Facebook page. Now it is no longer possible to post comments. I tried to file a complaint on Allo Allo's customer service page that promises a response within 48 hours. No reply two weeks later. Not even an automated email response at any point in this saga. I have filed a crime report with Hong Kong police. I would encourage others who have been scammed by Allo Allo to do the same. (I filed the crime report in Hong Kong as a few other reviews here on TrustPilot have mentioned receiving a phone from Allo Allo, sent from Hong Kong. On the Allo Allo website I found the following address in Hong Kong: "The alloallo.com web site is published by Icon Globe Trade, registration number 2806696, whose registered office is located at Unit D, 16/F, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.")

Alloallo dilivered a broken iPhone. Requests for assistance are ignored. There is no way to get in contact. Repair would cost me 150 euro. Motherboard is defect. Very very bad service and no communication

It’s very very bad service, it doesn’t worth even one star, but I gave “one” just in order to write the review.On October 2021 I made an order to buy two mobile phones and paid for them but I received just one, from that time till now I didn’t neither receive the other mobile nor Being refund. I wrote for them more than ten time but nothing happened even they told me that they will refund me but at the end nothing happened!Really I have never saw such bad service. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered the product.

I ordered iPhone 11 Pro 256gb "like new…

I ordered iPhone 11 Pro 256gb "like new condition". I received the phone two days ago and the camera has a problem. It does not switch between lenses. I tried with 3rd party camera application and the tele zoom camera doesn't seem. Also, as I said, it should be like a new condition but there are some visible scratches on the screen and the maximum capacity of the battery is 82% (on the website it is written that the battery capacity should be more than 85%). I requested assistance but they don't respond. I want to return the phone but when I see the comments on the Trustpilot I am afraid of it. My order number is FR12689753.

Scam company

Scam company. Sent an incomplete and now it turns out faulty product. Customer service won’t respond and just close requests for help. I have reported to trading standards
