I had a small leak in November from a newly installed water tank, and the technician came two days later to tighten a nut. Unfortunately, this led to significant water damage to my furniture, fittings, carpet, and a few electrical items. Now in January, despite multiple assurances that someone would follow up, I have yet to receive any response. The furniture and carpet could have been salvaged, but now they smell and will need to be replaced. Additionally, the heating has stopped working since I returned from a trip, and I still haven't heard back from the support team. As a 66-year-old veteran with serious health issues, this situation is particularly distressing.

The service has been excellent so far. The team that handled the wall installation worked efficiently, explaining the process thoroughly. They went above and beyond, moving heavy furniture and ensuring everything was protected. After the work was done, they cleaned all floors and even the yard.
