i got some response from all star health and again they are not listening. they tried to say nobody is complaining about the surepost or their shipping methods. complete denial and more excuses and ignoring the comments.read the reviews on trust pilot. if there is smoke there is fire. they want to pass the buck to the warehouse like its another entity? its part of this company. like i said they need better help a sharper management team and a more organized system put in place. its not up to par by any means. the prices are lower but you have to put up with poor service now because of it? it wont get to me in 1 or 2 days coming from back east state? it actually took 6 days to get to me counting saturday which mail travels on that day. but you have the holiday and sunday added on top of that. it was this long ridiculous time frame and they used horrible surepost. when companies dont listen to customers this is what happens. its absurd.
I've bought from them in the past and received my order but this time around it’s not shown up and their response is that they won’t replace or refund “lost” packages. So, their customer service is horrible. It’s a gamble whether you’ll receive the things you paid for or not at you, the customers’, expense. They have some “guaranteed” post but it cost so much that the products aren’t worth it. So lame. I don’t understand how this is legal. Get a grip and write it off as a loss if your packages go missing or get proper insurance. The worst. Never buying from them again and I don’t recommend them.
I was shopping for a good price on a specific product and found All Star Health. The price was so much lower than other sellers it made me suspicious. After some research, I determined they're legitimate and placed an order for several products on 10/11/21. Two hours and 5 minutes later, I received the shipping confirmation. I'm one state away and received the order on 10/14/21.I couldn't be happier. Everything was well packaged - individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The products have long 'best by' dates. I will order again. Thank you!
The initial 2 recent purchase experiences that I have had with All Star Health.com were excellent. Order was accurate, packed well and shipped quickly! However, here is what is happening in my current situation. I received an email or several to remind me that it's time to reorder. I was semi-okay with that as one or two of those is helpful. I placed several items into my cart and sent them an email to create a tax exempt account for our non profit with all necessary documents all nice and neat for them to attend to the issue quickly so that I could place the order. I even sent a follow-up email but I feel like I'm being ignored. It's been a couple of weeks and we really need the supplements.Unfortunately, they are not responding to us at all except for more reminder emails to re-order. I'm upset because I cannot get some of the items I'm purchasing from All Star Health anywhere else and for the other items, certainly nowhere close to the prices that All Star Health offers them. The reason why I signed up our non profit to be an affiliate for this company is that I felt that it would be a good fit for us and helpful for other people too.However, my current issue of being ignored and after reading the recent review by the experienced affiliate who was shorted money with supporting story combined with the reply that was posted by All Star Health, (WOW that says a lot about how they do business), I am choosing to look for another company to work with as far as the affiliate program. I appreciate that affiliate person's post very much~Thank you to them! I'm not sure I will be placing another order with them for my supplements unless they do something with some kind of big discount for my trouble at this point.You make the call doing business with this company in any capacity. In their reply here, they state that they sent a lot of emails that they probably went to spam. *not the case*. I also received a couple of phone calls. The email that I received told me that we weren't signed up for their affiliate program and that we would have to be accepted. The statement I read here is entirely different from what was sent in the email. I'm not sure how I feel about ASH at the moment. Too much drama. Might be too much for me.UPDATE DEC 7, 2021I had a discussion with a gal on the phone who was very eager to work things out. I received calls a few times. A bit over-kill for me because I was urged to remove my review all together. I went ahead and placed my order with them. No issue. They gave me free shipping for an apology. I will say that ASH is very eager to make things right and did their best. Overall, I raised my review from 1 star to 3 star due to the hassles involved but redeeming the situation. I will continue to be a customer as they have great products at great prices.
Stay far away! Ordered an OTC vitamin for our 7-year (they were out of stock locally & Amazon), and received a shipping email the next day...but with a bizarrely long tracking number—despite ASH claiming to be sent via USPS First Class. We then waited 3+ weeks for the package to arrive...only to then receive an email stating the package was being "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"...which of course we DID NOT request. Still, we needed the vitamins, so I stood in line at the only post office in our small town for 35 minutes only to be told (no surprise) that the package was NOT being held. Called AllStarHealth's customer service line and got the run around: "Oh, I can't issue a refund b/c the package is at your post office". I explained clearly that it was not, but AllStarHealth is shady, so of course it was like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS SELLER! Update: After posting this review here only THEN did I hear back from AllStarHealth...with more misdirection, platitudes and lame apologies.
Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.**A reply to ASH's reply: Ontrac didn't tell me supplements are degraded by heat, I never said that. Disappointing. They have all these red warnings on their site about import duties but make it clear that under a certain amount you pay them up front. Because they botch my order up DHL tried charging me again for tax/duties. ASH refunded some but not all of this and said there was nothing they can do despite it being their fault for screwing up the order. Basically I ended up paying DHL for their mistake and they refused to refund me.
Placed order for vitamins. All Star health company called to verify order. Did not speak to them. Sent e-mail saying my order would be put on hold. My payment was not put on hold. Funds were taken out immediately. Never heard of a company taking your money placing item on hold.
Ordered Low Sugar Detour Whey bars, chocolate coated. They arrived melted. Contacted the company and got a long email about their posted shipping policy, temperature, etc. They said they could ship in an insulated box next time for an extra $10. Great idea, but that totals $5 more than I can buy it at the store down the street. Customer service a bit thick, as is their shipping dept, but products are good. Having said that; it's off to the store for more.
