I would not recommend ordering from AllStarHealth if you’re outside the US particularly in Australia. My experience was frustrating due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.I placed an order on January 28th and paid $58.70 for 2 to 5 day shipping. However after weeks of delays my package was stuck in customs with no updates. Instead of assisting AllStarHealth shifted all responsibility onto me advising me to contact FedEx myself to find out what was going on.After nearly a month with no resolution I requested a refund but they refused citing a vague claim that the package “may” contain banned ingredients something they never flagged before shipping. Despite this being outside my control they provided zero compensation and stated they would only refund me if the package was returned minus return shipping fees.International customers should be aware that if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. There are far better companies that provide real support and stand by their customers. Disappointing experience.
I order on average about $500 of weightlifting supplements a month. I previously used a place called Bodybuilding.com until they went to a similar format as Amazon prime. Where you only get the lower price deal as part of a subscription plan. I had been a customer of B-com since its inception around 2004.I felt that it was an insult to be forced into this new format so my business migrated to AllStarHealth. I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past 5 years, and will continue to use their services. I feel that I can trust the sourcing of their products and vendors. The very few times I’ve had issues they cleared it up immediately. I can’t say enough good things.
I like to check out lots of websites and stores for supplements and came across All Star Health. The website looked legit and the prices were very good so I took a chance. Shipping was faster than expected, the products were fresh, the prices were great and IME they deserve 5 stars. They delivered as promised in less time and they are a site with a diverse selection and great quality brands/prices!
I agree with the user who reported feeling scammed. I placed an order and was charged immediately, but my order didn't ship. I asked why, and didn't get a direct answer, just a rambling "stuff happens" response. Not a trustworthy vendor.Edit: Another generic "nothing we can do" response. Thanks for confirming.
I did have a forwarding address form filled out and they did not forward it. The address was not my primary address when ordered in the first place. Just refund my money you cheapskates! They are interested only in your money and they don't care whether you received the product you ordered. They lie, they cheat, and they steal! Stay away from this company.
Hi there I purchased twice yesterday the first time my order didn't get processed through my bank but I tried it again and it went through the second time I had an email this morning saying they weren't sure if I needed both or just one I told them its just the one that's went through that I need not the first one that didn't go through I have emailed to confirm this and not heard anything back I need it sent ASAP I chose 3-5day postage can you please confirm that this will be sent as I need it for next week latest I've tried to call the number given but it's not recognised I think because I'm calling from Scotland please can you let me know asap as otherwise I will need to cancel the order
Ordered item from Amazon. No where on the site does it say no return and refunds. I ordered supplements from them. My Amazon account says all deliveries to the rear door. The box was left in the middle of the front door out in the sun. Not put in the shade at the side of the front. I get my supplements and they are all melted together. The content feels gummy inside of the capsules. I go to request product assistance and read no returns. Do not purchase from them on Amazon. They do not guarantee you will receive a useable product.
