I typically order Maitake D Fraction capsules from All Star Health. Been doing so for a number of years without any issues. I recently received a bottle with an expiration date of Feb 2025- six months away. I have been using these capsules since 2003 and there's always at minimum one year before expiration. I had the bottle from the last All Star Health order placed in October 2023. When I compared the lot and expiration dates, they were identical. So almost one year on they are selling the same stock. All Star Health is either not selling the product or someone is not rotating the stock. I called customer service to ask if I could swap for a longer expiration because I don't take 120 caps in 6 months. The customer service rep said that because it was within 3 months of expiration they would not swap it and if I wanted a refund I could return it at my expense. From now on I will order from Amazon where the price is the same and returns are free.
This is my first (and last) order with All Star Health. I placed my order on July 25, 2024, the funds were taken on July 26, but have not been shipped. I called them today and was advised it can take up to four days before they ship my order out. No where is this information listed on their website. When they take the money, that would indicate my purchase has been shipped. This is not an acceptable way to do business
Their website didn't show a particular item was not in stock.......didn't find out until days later. My order was not shipped (by FedEx) for 5 days....not delivery date shown. I've ordered before over the last couple of years....and never had this problem, my orders were rec'd within 2-3 days Max. Don't know when they started shipping FedEx but previous orders were not shipped this way......and were always faster. Their C.S. are Apologetic but Scripted for sure. They may be cheaper - but so is their Service. Very Disappointed.
I was having doubts if should be ordering from this company having read the reviews on Trust Pilot. Based on reading the reviews I decided to choose tracked postage service through DHL (even though I had to pay quite a bit) - everything was great. Packaging, notifications on delivery, everything was great. If you are ordering, just choose tracked delivery.
This place has gone down hill. I was uses then for years and they were great, orders shipped out the next day. Now if an item is out of stock they hold the whole order until the item comes in. There is no communication. When I emailed them they sent a form type letter, no niceness to it just it could take longer because an item isn’t in stock. Most online vitamin stores will ship what they have and ship the item out when it comes in. I will not be using them again.
The prices are so low that I was a little worried, especially after reading some of the negative reviews here, but I've placed and received three orders now with no problems whatsoever. All 3 deliveries arrived sooner than expected. All the orders were correctly filled, products were in perfect shape, packaging was effective, and the ordering and payment process was uneventful. I'm glad to have found this company.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a few products, however I no longer need them and I am trying to return them. However, the number provided on the website - doesn’t work. The return web page doesn’t work. I have emailed TWICE and still nothing!! I would like a refund on my items and to be able to send them back!
