I recently visited the Walton on Thames showroom to purchase a corner sofa and chair. The staff were extremely helpful. I saw Dimitris who went out of his way to help me decide on fabrics and colours because there are so many to choose from. He even set up a WhatsApp group for me to post any concerns, which I did today and he came back to me. On a Sunday! The showroom is not open today, but he still replied. Exemplary Customer Services and such pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Dimitris. You’re a superstar!

From the outset, her approach felt overly aggressive and transactional, lacking any genuine effort to understand my needs or guide me thoughtfully through the collection. There was no real attempt to suggest appropriate alternatives or enhance the experience with professional advice. The focus seemed solely on making a quick sale, leading to a frustrating and unproductive process even before I was ready to order. This was particularly disappointing given the high standards I expected from the brand.
Nuria was very professional and gentle, assisting us in selecting the best furniture for each space and color scheme. This was a truly unique experience, and we feel very fortunate to have had her help.

The selection of stylish furniture was fantastic, and the shopping experience was delightful (with excellent coffee). The representative couldn't have been more helpful, knowing the products inside and out, answering all our questions with patience and humor, and being very responsive via email. We look forward to our new sofa arriving!
This was an absolute farce regarding product quality and customer service from the local branch. My items were delivered nearly two months late, and one lamp had a chipped base while another didn’t work. After waiting six weeks for replacements, I received completely broken items again. Another month passed before a replacement with a smashed base arrived today, and they forgot to deliver the other replacement! The management at the store is unresponsive and won’t take calls or return messages. Only the delivery driver, who was clearly embarrassed, showed any concern. Ordered in September, and by December 31, I still have two expensive lights that don’t work! Beautiful designs, but the service is shockingly poor when issues arise.
The service provided by the showroom staff was exceptional. Both sofas were digitally mapped to ensure they fit perfectly in the rooms. The process was quick and seamless. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience, and it was definitely worth the investment.
