The product is fantastic, but the sales representative did not provide accurate information. After doing some research, I discovered that a moisturizer is still necessary to avoid tight skin. In summary, while Hawaiian Moon Aloe offers great hydration, a moisturizer is needed to lock it in—this was not communicated by the sales team. I'm impressed that within just two days, the wrinkles on my hands and neck are significantly less visible, and my sagging jowls are also showing improvement (I'm 65). I spent a year undergoing monthly facials and neck treatments without achieving these results.

Disappointed with the experience

I was not satisfied with the product as it was described. I returned the containers and receipt three months ago as instructed, but I haven't been able to reach anyone for assistance. It seems that either they are not processing refunds or mine is just overlooked. I don't understand why they wouldn't want to issue my refund. The product did not work for me.

Really impressed!

Avoid this product

Great for damaged skin

Struggling to get a refund
