Why weren't we informed of an 8% jump in Legal Tender Service between August 2025 to December 2025? A $700 unexpected fee is outrageous! This has also happened to some of my friends that are using UPMA. I might not ever try to use their services again.
With my demanding work hours, I truly appreciate the communication options available. They've been a reliable source for explanations that I struggled to find myself. Additionally, they resolved an issue that was technically the bank's responsibility. I'm sharing my experience from the perspective of a user. Having a gold-backed checking account with a debit card has been beneficial, especially as gold prices rise alongside grocery costs, allowing me to leverage my own gold easily. Financial pressures have increased since my cancer diagnosis, but thankfully, this service has not added to my challenges. The traditional customer service approach may seem unfamiliar to younger individuals, but it's been outstanding for me. My experience has been remarkable, although I would appreciate clearer information regarding my active loans on the platform, as navigation can be somewhat challenging. However, I believe improvements will come with time. If you find yourself confused, the support team is always ready to assist. Overall, my interactions with this service have been positive, making it one of my preferred choices. Reaching out via phone or email does not fill me with anxiety.

I called to inquire about the status of an order because my email is not working and I think I missed Alpine’s order confirmation email. Brett was fast and accurate with helping me.
