Magnet Hadleigh were fantastic. Mae my designer was very thorough and patient she listened to what i wanted and incorporated everything into our kitchen. Kitchen is now installed and looking amazing.
We had a really positive experience with Jonathon at the Merthyr branch of Magnet Kitchens. Although we didn’t end up purchasing our kitchen from them in the end, I genuinely wanted to leave a review because his service was outstanding from start to finish.
Jonathon was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offered helpful suggestions without any pressure, and made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming decision much easier and more enjoyable.
What stood out most was how approachable and professional he was — nothing felt like too much trouble, and we always felt valued as customers. Even though we chose to go in a different direction for personal reasons, the experience we had with Jonathon was excellent and very much appreciated.

I've just had my kitchen designed and fitted through the Leith Walk, Edinburgh branch. Andy Kirkpatrick was really helpful and did a great job in designing a kitchen that looked really stylish while making the most of the space available creating a more spacious kitchen area. Would definitely recommend!

She was so open about the whole process, what would happen, when and how that we fully knew what to expect. Her design was amazing, and something we thought would never fit in our existing space. The install process was smooth - it really felt like we were involved and making decisions every step of the way, and the finished product is simply outstanding. I had an outstanding experience this afternoon at the showroom. The representative I worked with was an absolute pleasure. She demonstrated great skill and professionalism in designing my new kitchen and was always helpful and cheerful. I changed my mind on several ideas, which required her to revise the plan multiple times, but she consistently reassured me that it was no issue. There was no pressure, even though our appointment extended significantly. The plans and ideas she presented were excellent.
