The upper blepharoplasty procedure was completely painless. I had a small amount of post op bruising, but could carry on with life almost immediately after.The recovery time was around one week. Once my strips were removed the result was immediately evident.I am extremely pleased with the results of my upper blepharoplasty, and cannot hesitate to praise the skills of professor ajay mahajan. After many years of feeling insecure and self-conscious about my appearance due to having small breasts, I am now feeling confident and do not have to think about what I can/cannot wear. Professor Mahajan was recommended by a close friend who had previously undergone surgery at The Yorkshire Clinic. Although at first, I was feeling very anxious and apprehensive, I was soon made to feel at ease and comfortable. At my first consultation Professor Mahajan was very informative and was reassuring of which method/implant size would be best for me. Within 3 months I had my first consultation, the procedure carried out and my 2-week review. I am blown away with the minimal scaring and how tucked away they are! I am over the moon with the results and wish I had done it much sooner! I can’t wait to see how they settle over the coming months. I cannot thank Professor Mahajan enough and feel sad that the experience is over 😊

I am delighted with the results of my mini face-lift performed by Professor Mahajan. I had been considering the surgery for some time but was apprehensive about having a general anaesthetic. However, when I found out I could have the surgery with local, I booked in a consultation with the Professor who had been recommended by a friend. The procedure was carried out in the morning and I was home by early afternoon. The surgery itself was an amazing experience and I always felt I was in good hands with the Professor. I was particularly worried about the scarring around my face, however the Professor did a fantastic job with stitching and the scars are smooth and barely noticeable around my hairline 3 months after surgery. The surgery has given me a tight jawline and a neck-lift. I was shocked when the Professor showed me the before and after photographs. The surgery has taken years off my age. I am in my 50's and was recently asked for photo ID when buying a bottle of wine at my local supermarket. Job done, thank you Professor!
I had considered having this procedure for a long time, and as soon as I met Mr Ajay Mahajan and his team at Evolve, my decision was made. I had every confidence in Mr Mahajan’s skill and professionalism and any doubts completely disappeared.The surgery itself was a very personalised and friendly experience and I received excellent care and reassurance throughout. I would also add that the initial post op pain that I had anticipated was actually very minimal.I found the worst part to be the chaffing and rubbing on my underwear for the first 3-4 weeks, so I would advise big plain cotton underwear. I also turned them inside out to avoid the seams!It has now been 10 weeks since my procedure, I am nicely healed and resumed all regular activities (including spin bike)!I only have an occasional feeling of tightness on the scar tissue which I am using bio oil on.I am very pleased with the result surgery achieved and feel much more positive about this part of my body.As many reviewers say, I should have had this done years ago as I now regret the time I spent in such discomfort and unhappiness with the appearance.Thank you to the Professor and his team x
I had a breast reduction at the Yorkshire Clinic in Bingley. I had my consultation and was booked in only a few weeks later as a result of a cancellation, saving me months of waiting anxiously. My hospital stay was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful (the food was good too) and of course, Professor Mahajan gave me the boobs I’ve always wanted. No question was too silly and no concerns were overlooked; it was appreciated how big of a decision this was and it’s the best I’ve ever made. I know I’ll love my boobs for the rest of my life and will remember this experience as nothing but positive. I would highly recommend Professor Mahajan and the Yorkshire Clinic - thank you for giving me a new lease of life.
Highly recommend Professor Mahajan! The perfect size & scars are so neat!I was considering breast reduction for a few years as I am 24 and felt my chest size was seriously affecting my confidence, mental and physical heatlh. I always used my size as an excuse not to exercise as they hurt so much and were always in the way! No clothing looked good on me (or even appropriate) because my breasts were just too big. I was regularly buying tops 2 sizes bigger than I needed, and buying bras was such a difficult and expensive task !!Professor Mahajan validated my feelings towards my chest size, their weight, and the reasons why I was so unahppy with them.On the day of the surgery, I was so nervous. I was admitted at 7 in the morning and went into theatre only 2.5 hours later, after meeting with the Anaesthetist, who was so comforting and kind, and Professor Mahajan, who drew out what he was going to change and remove,. All of the hosptial staff were also so lovely to me and considerate of my nerves! I was discharged only 2 days later and recovered at home for 2 weeks.4 weeks post op and I am so so happy with the outcome! They are a perfect size for my body shape and the attention to detail is immaculate. The scars are so neat! I am very pleased with Professor Mahajan's brilliant work, I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone who feels they are unsure of who they'd like to do this procedure for them. For many years, I have always been unhappy with the appearance and feel of my breasts and have, on many occasions, considered getting implants in order to boost my confidence. I am due to get married in July 2024 and knowing how important it is for me to feel good in my dress, my partner asked whether I wanted to consider having breast surgery.My partner doesn’t like the feel of implants so I initially carried out research into a fat transfer procedure to (hopefully) allow me have the breasts I longed for as well as keep the feel as natural as possible.I found Professor Mahajan worked from a private hospital close to where I live and was able to arrange a consultation to discuss my options. I explained my concerns about the naturalness of the breasts after a procedure and after an examination, Professor Mahajan was able to recommend to my that I had a breast uplift rather than implants. My breasts still contained enough fat and tissue that this would be possible.It was not something I had considered and immediately felt better that both myself and my partner would get what we wanted. I undertook the procedure in March 2024 at Spire Hospital, in Elland and I am so glad I did. I am thoroughly pleased with how they look and sit and, for the first time in years, I was able to wear an outfit for my birthday without having to stuff my breasts in a bra. I also had my first dress fitting recently and they look amazing in my dress and I can’t wait to walk down the aisle.Professor Mahajan is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional and friendly, putting me completely at ease (it’s the first time I’ve ever had surgery) and I would 100% recommend Professor Mahajan to anyone wanting to undertake cosmetic surgery. If I choose to have more surgery in the future, Professor Mahajan will be my number one choice – I wish I’d done it sooner!
I visited Dr Mahajan at the Yorkshire Clinic to have my implants removed and replaced. I had only had my first set of implants in 3years so this was a short amount of time to be changing them. However he was so understanding of my circumstances and understood exactly why I wanted a change. I am only 6 weeks post op but the difference already has given me a whole new level of confidence. A truly fantastic surgeon and an incredible experience from start to finish!
