The jewellery is not handmade. Nor is it jewellery. It’s painted resin and white metal. They don’t even try to make it look handmade - it’s still in the Chinese factory wrapping.The pieces look nothing like advertised. Trying to get a refund can be difficult - they kept threatening to send a replacement and then closing the case.I got my bank involved and magically got a refund.They may clearly offer a 30 day refund, but they will do all they can to avoid refunding any money.Don’t purchase from this site.
This is a scam. The jewellery is cheaply made and definitely not what was advertised. Some digging and I found the business is registered in Hong Kong. The story and pictures in the advertising and social media marketing is fabricated. The woman saying her handmade jewellery company is sadly closing and selling it all at a discount. What I received was inferior items that were nothing like the photos.

I purchased Vintage Blue Stone Pearl Earrings in Sep 2025 for the event in November. They arrived very quickly. They looked different from the photos, more like something that my 13-y.o. daughter would do at school. In 3 weeks (kept in the box) they changed the colour. All silver-colour parts became yellow. I contacted customer service and asked for a 30-day money back offer. They responded that they can only return 40% of the price I paid as it was purchased on offer or I can return the item to China; upon verification of the return to China, they can process my full refund. I asked for an address and contacts for verification and they sent me a street address without any contact details. Return address is: Jianlan RoadYinzhou DistrictNingbo City, Zhejiang Province, ChinaPostal Code: 315101.So here is the address if you wonder where the jewellery is made. I won't buy anything from them again. I definitely do not recommend it.
This jewellery is nothing like the fake-advertised products. The company is based in HongKong not Australia. The items arrived eventually but are rubbish plastic items, they have gone straight to the kids dress up box. The company appears to change its name (Charlotte & Oliver is another one) and always has a mum and child closing-down associated sob story. Avoid this seller, it's not an honest sale, reported to IG as well.
