I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. The earrings I received were barely better than tinsel. They were poorly mass-produced. After seeing the seller's insincere responses—offering discounts but having no record of my order—it all seems like a scam. They have multiple global entities, many pretending to be genuine craft businesses. I've discovered several names associated with the same products. This needs to be addressed globally. I can't imagine how much money they have taken from us, offering flimsy items in hopes we would settle. I intend to pursue this matter with the relevant authorities.

Items not as advertised

The items did not match what was displayed on their website. When I inquired, they offered to replace them with something else. I requested the full refund within 30 days, but they initially offered a 20% refund, then 30%, and now 60%. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a full refund, and they should cover shipping costs. My next step is to contact my bank for a chargeback. Don't waste your time or money on this false advertising.

I believe they are major scammers! Save your money and avoid them. The jewelry does not match the pictures and is of very low quality. It took a long time to arrive, and the items were poorly packaged. I found conversations with them useless. I contacted my bank with all the evidence for help. I highly recommend reaching out to your bank or PayPal for a refund. I wish I could share pictures of the jewelry; it’s extremely low quality and flimsy.
