Utter scam!They got my address wrong, never delivered the item, "Aldis" in Customer Service claimed that I had made a mistake in giving them MY OWN address, and charged me a monthly Trust Rewards fee. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Unexpected Charges and Unhelpful Product

I was initially charged $90 and then $29.95 for the following five months. I was informed it was due to not opting out of the premium subscription for coupons. I ordered the smoking cessation bracelets, which were ineffective. They did refund the five $29.95 charges, but I chose not to request a refund for the initial $90, hoping it serves as a lesson learned.

THEY ADDED AN EXTRA FEE OF 29.95 FOR SOME HOTEL RESTAURANT DISCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was not informed about this charge. The guarantee mentioned a 30-day money-back promise, but the return policy states that you can only return it if the item remains unopened. The most frustrating part is that when I requested a return due to the unexpected charge, I was told I had to send the bracelet back to London at my own expense!
