I just got this Email."Order #3***** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded." I didn't cancel this order!Not pleased and I did not enjoy being gaslighted by these people one bit!If you don't want to give out free stuff or run out just say that then! If this is how you run your business I'm never going to be interested in anything you have and I'd never trust you for anything after this and will be sure to pass this on to anyone I know!
I purchased a shirt from this company and they stated on the website that they provided next day shipping. It’s been 8 days and they still haven’t shipped my order. I tried calling the customer service number and it has been disconnected! I didn’t read the reviews about this company until after I made a purchase! Do NOT order anything from this company as it appears they just take your money and don’t ship anything! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau I found out afterwards, my mistake! Please don’t make the same mistake and order from this place! They will just rip you off!!!
They shouldn't be allowed to use the Name AMERICAN Legend Rider. Their website states next day shipping. Not even close. Still haven't received our order and they state that couldn't cancel the order. I can't wrap my head around this stupidity. Do not buy anything from this company.
Sent me emails saying package was shipping out if Atlanta.After 5 days I have no tracking from usps. Only "partner facility" moved package updates. Why in God's green earth would I order Chinese motorcycle helmets. I'd rather wear a baseball cap
DO NOT BUY anything from this seller, I noticed after my order was placed that an item that I only look at was added as a UPDATED purchase, I called to cancel and number was not in service. So I emailed them to cancel and heard nothing until I got an email saying items shipped ( still haven't received ) again I replied order was to be cancelled. They replied it was to late but I could ship back at my expense...NOT HAPPY. I'll reach out to my credit card company for a refund...Paypal was no help
